I had a rusted exterior pellet stove pipe for many months and made many calls for help and no one would help me. I need my pellet stove working to provide heat and was unable to use it, despite having two tons of hardwood pellets in the basement. My son recently advised me what piping to order and I had it shipped to the house (he said he would drive to the house hours to fix it if I still couldn’t find anyone and he’s a radiologist working 14 hour days). I met a couple while dining at a restaurant who referred me to Mark at All in the Family and I called him for help and he scheduled me within a few days!! He asked me to send photos of the pipe and said all good, leave new pipe on the porch, and it would be replaced and I would arrive home to a new exterior pipe! I arrive home and perfect !!! I was so happy I could burn pellets and heat my home, especially tonight with it being 9 degrees!! I am very grateful beyond to Mark for accommodating me and I will be calling him in the future for other help! Thank you!!!

Hands down EXCELLENT! HONEST. Had gotten other quotes for our chimney sweep/inspection and woodstove cleaning and they gave outrageous quotes and gave the feeling of just looking for extra money by telling us we needed a new lining 'because it was dirty' Mark and his team are nothing like that. They were sincere and honest. They were efficient and quick. We've never used the wood stove (new to the house) and they gave us tips on how to use it and where to get it repaired. Even went as far as to take the doors off to make it easier for me (a new mom) to bring the doors to a repair place. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and honest company.
